Who are we?

We are a coalition of human rights organisations taking legal action against spyware at both the European level and in national court in Germany, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, and Spain. In all these countries, media and organisations have undercovered cases of spyware being used to target journalists, lawyers, political figures, human rights defenders, and other members of civil society.
